I do love a good scarf....and I think it's perfectly acceptable to wear scarfs year round (apparently this concept confuses people). Obviously, thick wool is a no-no for July but a lightweight cotton is perfectly acceptable. Anyway, I came across this charmer on Etsy and it's a great example of neck-wear that transcends the seasons.
