Chocolate

I'm on my third and final day of the Blueprint Cleanse and having a hard time getting food off my mind. So when I discovered the delicious, hand-crafted chocolates from Mast Brothers they were difficult to resist. Recently voted Best New American Chocolate by Food & Wine this chocolate is second to none. The brothers use only the finest quality cacao to ensure a finished chocolate of paramount complexity and elegance. With artful roasting, careful winnowing, stone grinding, patient aging and flawless tempering, truly one of a kind chocolate can be made- all done by using only two ingredients, cacao and cane sugar! That's it, chocolate at it's finest, there is no need for additional butter, oils, vanilla, soy or preservatives. Their divine delicacies come wrapped in beautifully hand-crafted papers, making the experience easy on the eyes too. The Mast Brothers have not only mastered chocolate they have created a unique, memorable experience that one won't soon forget. If you aren't in Brooklyn, you can purchase online here or visit Green Aisle Grocery on East Passyunk.
