Black Baroque

I have fallen for the 18th century whimsy of these prints from Black Baroque. Reminiscent of vintage castoffs and printed on antique book pages these illustrations are simply divine

Kiss me with Kiehl’s

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and if you're not sure what to get your sweetie, it's a simple as this: Kiehl's Perfect Pout Lip Balm Collection. Kiehl's, known for their superior quality and no-frills packaging has had a serious cult following for as long as I can remember. The lip balm is sure to impress, it protects from the elements and relives the dreaded winter chapped lips. Collection includes four yummy flavors (mint, vanilla, mango and #1) and retails for only $34. Check it out here.

Whipped Bakeshop

Much to my delight, I stumbled into Whipped Bakeshop in Fishtown and what a delicious discovery! Not only are the cupcakes some of the best I've had, the other sweets are amazing too (think whoopie pies). The shop is cheerfully styled with quirky decor, an amazing Warren Mueller Light Sculpture adorns the lobby. I think I found my new favorite sweet spot!
Pastry artist
Zoe Lukas was inspired by posting photos of her gorgeous deserts on Flickr. Lukas was inundated with requests and orders for the gorgeous desserts, thus Whipped was born. Although Whipped didn't do much for my New Year's resolution it was well worth it!

SnOMG Footwear

Ever the shoe fanatic as well as winter-wear freak (those college years working @ a ski shop were bound to pay off), I consider myself somewhat of an expert on this subject. So I present to you the ultimate collection of snow appropriate footwear. Guaranteed to get you though all the lovely winter weather we've been up to our ears in! These options are the real deal, lets face it as much as I love fashion when it comes to snow, it's not always easy to keep your footwear stylish. No one should mess around when it comes to snow; warm and dry is key.

Play by Sarah Reilly

Inspired by the grace and form of the body in motion. Play by Sarah Reilly is a multi-tasking line of activewear that easily transitions into day-to-day wear. Reilly is also committed to a sustainable approach, the line consists of 100% certified organic cotton (a huge bonus in my book). Hopefully, these pieces are a look into many great collections to come.

LinkAs I sit here chattering away, I have reached a solution for my cold, often typing hands that I have overlooked way too long. Arm Warmers. The perfect mix of style and function.
